• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed the next working day.

• You will receive an order confirmation email with estimated dispatch details once your order is placed.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days

• Non-Metro Cities/Towns: 3 to 7 business days

• Remote/Rural Areas: Up to 10 business days

Please note: These timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or seasonal surges (e.g., festivals or national holidays).

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 across India

• ₹75 shipping charge for orders below ₹999

• Cash on Delivery (COD) available at a flat fee of ₹50

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your shipment in real time using the courier partner’s tracking system.

Our Ayurvedic skincare products are carefully formulated using time-honored traditions and thoroughly tested for quality before dispatch. However, due to the nature of personal care and wellness items, returns are limited and only accepted under specific conditions outlined below.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• The product delivered is damaged or leaking.

• You have received a wrong item that does not match your order.

• The product is expired or defective upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all safety seals and labels intact.

• You must share clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind or personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or appearance.

• Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.

• Gift cards, promotional, or complimentary items.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received (if required), your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please share your account details securely with our team.

• Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Cancellations & Exchanges

• Cancellations are accepted only before the order has been dispatched.

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order separately.
